Menu ~ Week of April 18, 2010
- Roast in the Crock Pot, roasted red potatoes, salad
- Left over roast rolled up in tortillas with chili con queso, refried beans
- Burgers and Hot Dogs on the grill, coleslaw, baked beans
- Chicken Stir Fry, baked brown rice
- Pulled Pork Sandwiches, left over coleslaw
- Supper out...I have a hankering for some good Mexican Food.
