Jalapenos!


Fresh from the garden!

My first real batch. There may even be enough to can a couple of half pints. LOL

UPDATE:

I did! I got 4 half pints from these.


3 cups vinegar
1 cup water
3 garlic cloves, crushed

Bring to boil then reduce and let simmer for 5 min.

Remove garlic and ladle over peppers packed into clean jars. I sliced mine and packed as many as I could fit within 1/4 inch from the top. They sure cooked down some!

Place in a water bath for 10 min.


I can't wait to try them!
